TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Places on our course might be limited tendering payment does not ensure that your booking will be accepted. In case we cannot accept your booking an refund will be sent to you.

2. All bookings are confirmed once an written email has been sent to us by you with all information required £50 deposit and payment methods to pay the full sum.

3. Full payment is due week before course commencement. We reserve the right to charge interest and fixed sum on any overdue invoice sent to you at the rates applicable under the Late Payment Commercial Debts Act.

4. Failure to make any payment when it falls due, will entitle us to suspend your Course and No refund will be be provide. In the event that an individual delegate named on the booking form cannot attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate on condition that this matter has been notified on written notification by email and within week prior course date.

5. We shall have the right to postpone to cancel a course within week or couple days prior course date, and we shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever if a course does not take place. Therefore, another date will be given to all bookings delegate to attend. If a course has been cancelled indefinitely refunds will be at the company’s judgment and discretion.

6. We shall endeavour to accommodate any requests for a date change in respect of anIn house training, open courses and private courses. But we’re we agree we shall treat your request as a notice of cancellation. You might be asked to pay the full price for the new date and will Not receive an refund of the price for the original date. Therefore you can use the previous booking fee as a deposit for new course date only if accordance with cancellation policy in a clause below.

7. All courses cancellation must be made in writing week prior to the commencement date of course or the course registration date whichever is the earliest. No refund after course booking. Where course are cancelled 21 days or more prior to course date the same fee can be used for any courses in future. This can be done up to 12 months. Once paid all courses fees are Non refundable, however transferring the date is an option at the discretion of the company plus £15 charge.

8. Our trainers have no authority to advise on any specific circumstances affecting your organisation and you should not rely on any comment made by the trainer without seeking specific advice from our own provisional advisors or management team.

    

9. We will provide course notes, reports and other documentation which is for the sole use of the named delegates. Course material, reports and other documents provide by us to delegates should not be reproduced in whole or in part without our permission in writing. No course notes should be relied upon giving specific advice.

10. Neither we nor our trainers will be liable to you by reason of negligence to the extent permitted by law. Breach of contract or otherwise for any loss whatsoever occasioned to any person or person acting, omitting to act to refraining from acting in reliance upon, arising from or connected with any error or omission in any course material or the presentation of any course.

11. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold courses at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error. The price of your chosen course will be confirmed when your booking is made and with the exception of any errors we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed in writing by the admin. We will notify you of any price discrepancies relating to your booking should they arise. Therefore we strongly advise you to check that the final price of your booking is correct before making your final confirmation.

12. Certificate will be issued by our academy within 21 working days of the course date as long all course fees are cleared and you have successfully passed the course. In the event of an extreme global or national emergency imposed by the government, certificates might be delayed due to posting services. In some other cases where all courses have been confirmed, the company might provide all certificate on the day of course completion. Therefore this is a Not must be situation. Will be entirely at the discretion of the company.

13. We reserve the right to alter the venue, timing, lectures and all course contents for reasons beyond our control.

14. Once a client adhere to our policy then the client will be liable to make full payment of course fees. We will not be held responsible for any financial loss occurred by a client relating to travel and hotel reservations or any other associated costs. All accommodations if needed are booked by the client at the client own risk. If a training course is cancelled at short notice or a change venue is changed resulting in costs being incurred by the client, we will not be held liable.

15. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These can include industrial disputes, natural disasters, injuries or death if an individual through accidental circumstances unconnected with ourselves. Courses can be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, pandemic, riot, war, terrorism or treat of such activity. By making a booking you are accepting responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to ourselves and/or the third party supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made by us or together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs as result of your actions.

16. There will be time where courses may be supplied by third part companies, such third party suppliers will have their own set of Terms and Conditions relating to the services they provide from course commencement. It remains your responsibility to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of any third party companies, the responsibility and outcomes of training is that of the third party company.

17. The company shall not be liable for any default to any act of God, War or by act of Queen’s enemies.

18. During your course an information on insurance will be provided to you in written or by email/manual. Unique Hair Academy Limited does not accept any responsibility for students who fail to obtain public liability insurance. We do not accept an injury or accident to clients resulting from learners following instructions they learn on courses. Unique Academy courses are practical and interactive courses made and designed for people to train and go to work places or start their business. Each course has been set criteria of hours before practising on real clients. Once you complete your training course, if there’s any issues please report your concerns to your tutor or the admin within 7 days of your course. You can attend a refresher course once you talk to us within 7 days after course completion. To attend course refresher, the learner must bring their full training kit from prior course or will be charged for the materials.

19. The company may allow any learner to comeback for course refresher for free after 3 months from original course date only. This is done at company discretion only. Therefore, a fee of £199 is payable to Unique Hair Academy Limited if retraining within 1 year of course date. In some course a fee (from) £299 is payable for course refresher.

20. All courses instructions are sent out to students that have paid the course deposit with 48 hours of making the booking and venue details are sent days before course date in case any of any changes of location. On the email sent after booking, you will be informed of all payment methods as well as any other information related to your course. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND LEAR CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING. IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX FOR ANY EMAIL SENT FROM US WITH ALL COURSE INFORMATION.

UNIQUE ACADEMY WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS STUDENTS DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY HAVE CHECKED THEIR EMAIL FOR ALL COURSE INFORMATION.

21. If the student fail to make full payment of any course prior to the course or attempts to redrawn the course fees, any discounts and promotional offers will be withdrawn and a full fees will be required. Fail to do so could and will result in prosecution and further fees.

22. Once the course have been booked, if student falls ill prior to course they still liable to pay full course fees. We do not allow refunds, but in some cases can occasionally allow the learner to transfer the course within 12 months period from course date.

23. Online courses will be provided in the future. These courses will be non-refundable due to the digits nature of training resources we will provide like videos and all training courses materials/ manuals. The course will not be used by multiple persons or transferred to another person either. This is due to the academy sending your kit by post and providing online access links to the course date. In the event you have already received the links after confirming your kit arrival and wish to return the kit, a partial refund may be sent to you given upon on receiving the kit back unused and in the original packaging.

COVID 19 UPDATE:

Under the government guidelines, we reserve the right to alter, postpone or cancel any courses if a national lockdown takes place. Course fees will not be refunded, however, we will transfer you to the next available date or an online/ zoom course can take place. All depends on how long lockdown could take. If you have paid a course deposit or a full course fee, this will be transferred over to another date, subject to dates available in our social media or website. During lockdown, if you have completed your course and awaiting for your certificate please be aware this may take some extra time then usual due to our offices being close. During this matter all our courses will be limited to a small numbers and all social distancing will take place in all training rooms. You may be required to worn mask if the restriction are in place. All hygiene and cleanliness must be kept high at all time.

It is your moral responsibility to inform us prior to course date if you have traveled recently to a red country or been suffering with any covid symptoms. If you have contracted covid 19 and can not attend the course we do require evidence of PCR test to transfer your course to another available date. Lateral flow test are not acceptable for transferring any course. The result must be emailed prior to course.
